Luminaria Slideshow Photos If you would like to participate in our Luminaria Slideshow, please email a photo* or photos of your family, friends or self.  Indicate whether the individual is a survivor or is being remembered.  Also include their name, and a short message, if you would like.  For those being remembered you may include dates.  Please, only one photo for each loved one, so we can share photos of as many people as possible. Email to:  JCAdvisor@sbcglobal.net  (Please put "Relay Photo" in the subject line.) If you have multiple photos, please be sure to clearly indicate in the email which photo goes with which name and or message.  Or, send each in a separate email. Very Important: We need permission to use each photo so you must include in the email a message from the individual or the individual’s family, if in remembrance, giving permission.  Word it like below: “By submitting this photo, I give permission for it to be used in a public presentation at the 2010 Relay For Life of the SCV.” List your name and relationship to individual in photo. If mailing in pictures, click here for a printable copy of the permission statement.   *If you do not have a digital photo and cannot scan one, you can send it to:      Infinity Wealth Management      Jerry Citarella      23734 Valencia Blvd., Suite 301      Valencia, CA 91355 It will be scanned for you.  If you send it with a self addressed stamped envelope, it will be mailed back.  Otherwise, you will be able to pick it up at the Infinity Wealth Management, Team Dreams Come True site at the event.
