As you know, our Santa Clarita Valley Relay For Life is a VERY large event, and large events have many needs. The Relay Committee is committed to keeping our costs down so that almost every dollar we raise goes directly to the American Cancer Society.  To that end, we're asking for your help!

We're asking our Teams and our community to help us by donating items from the list below. For more information or to arrange delivery or pickup, contact Jen Minard at EventChair@scvrelay.org or Danika Sanchez at Co-Chair@scvrelay.org.

Administrative:
Shelving Units - Our Relay room inside the ACS office could really use some shelving units to help us stay organized.

Logistics:
Cargo Van - Needed to haul and store items at Relay. Must be able to use from Thursday 5/20th to Monday 5/24th.
8 Golf Carts
4 Flatbed Golf Carts

Kids Camp:
"Kid-size" bottles of water on hand to give out for approximately 250+ children.

Luminaria Bags:
10 to 20 Long Neck Lighters
10 to 20 Wide Tip Black Markers
Various Colored Markers

Relay Store:
3 clothing Racks
Hangers for Racks
Display Stand/Case for Jewelry
2 Metal Flat Grid Display Boards - To hang clothes or items
Clips for Metal Grids
Either a Large White Write On/Wipe Off Board or Chalk Board
Stand for the Board
Either Dry Erase Pens & Eraser OR Chalk & Eraser
10 x 20 Canopy Setup
6 Tables - Either 6' or 8' Long
Tablecloths & Tablecloth Holders
4-5 Chairs
"Relay Store" Banner

Captain's Council:
About 6 Yards of Wide (2") Purple Ribbon - To make a recognition ribbon for the 6 winning teams to put on the banner
      for the final lap)
