Relay Donation Instructions

 

1.  Donation Drop Off:  If you would like an immediate receipt for your donations (we recommend this), the preferred method of donation drop off is the Team Captain Meetings or the Committee Meetings.  All meetings start at 6:30 p.m. and usually go until 7:30 or 8:00.  Dates are:

 

          Tuesday, February 13 (Committee Meeting)

          Tuesday, February 20 (Team Captain Meeting)

          Tuesday, March 13 (Committee Meeting)

          Tuesday, March 20 (Team Captain Meeting)

          Tuesday, April 10 (Committee Meeting)

          Tuesday, April 17 (Team Captain Meeting)

          Tuesday, May 8 (Committee Meeting)

          Tuesday, May 15 (Team Captain Meeting)

          Tuesday, May 22 (Campsite Selection Night) - 5 pm until 8 pm

 

Also, Jennifer Minard, our Registration and Data Entry Chair, will be available at the ACS Office (25020 W. Avenue Stanford, #170, Valencia) from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on the following dates only:

 

          Thursday, January 25

          Friday, February 23

          Thursday, March 22

          Thursday, April 26

          Thursday, May 17 NEW DATE

          Thursday, May 24 

 

Post Relay

 

          Monday, June 4 - ALL DAY  NEW DATE

          Thursday, June 7  NEW DATE

          Thursday, June 14  NEW DATE

 

If you prefer to mail your donations or take them to the ACS office at a time not listed above, you will not receive a receipt immediately.  The money will be put in a safe at the ACS office until a Relay committee member can verify it and enter it into the database.  Your receipt will be mailed to you if an address has been provided, or brought to the next Team Captain Meeting.

 

Please try to use the provided Team Captain Envelopes when making a donation.  If that isn’t possible, be sure to provide the following information with each donation:

 

          1.  The team name.

          2.  The team member’s name.

 

2.  Donation Tracking:  Totals for teams and for individual team members will be listed on the www.SCVRelay.org web site ("teams" link on the left).  These will only be totals and will not list individual donations.  These totals will be updated regularly with an "updated" date listed clearly.

 

3.  Credit Card Donations:  The www.acsevents.org/relay/ca/santaclaritavalley web site will ONLY list donations received by credit card.  There will be no offline donations entered.  All credit card donations will be added to the ACSRelay.org web site totals on the same days that the chech/cash donations are added.
