June 12th was the last day for
donations to count towards
individual team member incentive
prizes.
If your team page here on SCVRelay.org has two entries for your name,
the first is the total for the year
and the second, in parenthesis (), is the total we had on record
as of June 12th, the final day for incentives.
The amount in parenthesis will be used for your incentive prize.

Relay Growth
(July 13, 2009)If you were on
a team or were an individual raising at least $250.00 in donations for Relay,
please be on the lookout for your own user name & passwords to redeem your
incentive prize. It will be arriving in the next couple of weeks.
I just received mine this morning via email. Please check your SPAM box as well
as your IN box for this code. The email will come from
relayforlifeincentive@cancer.org.
Look for this email address to know its the real deal. Please note you are not
obligated to redeem a prize. You can choose to not receive one. We do ask if you
plan to redeem a prize to do so before August 31, 2009, in time to end the
fiscal year.
While waiting for your codes to arrive, you can
check
out your prize level here!
If by the end of July, you still have not received your codes, then please send
an email to
Danielle.Anziano@cancer.org
to get your code. Make sure you give Danielle the name you registered under as
well as the Team name.
If you
were registered online, your incentive code will be sent to you via e-mail.
If you didn't register online, your code will be provided via regular mail.
