Donation Instructions
Donation Drop Off If you would like an immediate receipt for your donations (we recommend this), the preferred method of donation drop off is the Team Captain Meetings or the Committee Meetings. See the online Calendar for dates.
Also, our accounting group will be available at the ACS Office (25020 W. Avenue Stanford, #170, Valencia) on specific dates the following dates:

If you prefer to mail your donations or take them to the ACS office at a time not listed above, you will not receive a receipt immediately. The money will be put in a safe at the ACS office until a Relay committee member can verify it and enter it into the database. Your receipt will be mailed to you if an address has been provided, or brought to the next Team Captain Meeting.
Please try to use the provided Team Captain Envelopes when making a donation. If that isn’t possible, please use this Team Captain Form or Team Member Form. Please make sure you provide the following information with each donation:
1. The team name. 2. The team member’s name.
