Donation Instructions

Donation Drop Off
 

If you would like an immediate receipt for your donations (we recommend this), the preferred method of donation drop off is the Team Captain Meetings or the Committee Meetings. See the online Calendar for dates.

 

Also, our accounting group will be available at the ACS Office (25020 W. Avenue Stanford, #170, Valencia) on specific dates the following dates:

  • Campsite Selection Night - Thursday, May 14, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM .

  • Team Night - Thursday, May 28, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Please remember:

 

  • The deadline to drop off money to count towards individual incentive prizes is June 12, 2009.  
  • Donations dropped of before September 1, 2009, count for Relay 2009.  Any money dropped off September 1 or after will count toward Relay 2010.

 

If you prefer to mail your donations or take them to the ACS office at a time not listed above, you will not receive a receipt immediately.  The money will be put in a safe at the ACS office until a Relay committee member can verify it and enter it into the database.  Your receipt will be mailed to you if an address has been provided, or brought to the next Team Captain Meeting.

 

Please try to use the provided Team Captain Envelopes when making a donation.  If that isn’t possible, please use this Team Captain Form or Team Member Form.  Please make sure you provide the following information with each donation:

 

          1.  The team name.

          2.  The team member’s name.

 

Donation Tracking

Totals for teams and for individual team members will be listed on the www.SCVRelay.org web site ("teams" link on the top).  These will only be totals and will not list individual donations.  These totals will be updated regularly with an "updated" date listed on the main team page.  Please note the date for credit card donations may be different than the date for cash/check donations.

 

Credit Card Donations

 Credit card donations may be made on the ACS web site.  This web site will ONLY list donations received by credit card.  There will be no offline donations entered.  All credit card donations will be added to the www.SCVRelay.org web site totals on a regular basis, with an "updated" date listed on the main team page.  Please note the date for credit card donations may be different than the date for cash/check donations.
