Please email a photo* or photos of your family, friends
or self. Indicate whether the individual is a survivor or is being
remembered. Also include their name, and a short message, if you would
like. For those being remembered you can include dates. Please, only
one photo for each loved one, so we can share photos of as many people as
possible.

If you have multiple photos please be sure to clearly indicate in the email
which photo goes with which name and or message. Or, send each in a
separate email.
Very Important:
We need permission to use each photo so you must include in the email a
message from the individual or the individual’s family, if in remembrance,
giving permission. Word it like below:
“By submitting this photo, I give permission for it
to be
used in a public presentation at the 2009 Relay For Life
of the SCV.”

stamped envelope, it will be mailed back. Otherwise, you will be able to
pick it up at the Infinity Wealth Management, Team Dreams Come True site at the event.
